How to use
the Je Beau International
Site:
Shopping and Making a
Purchase:
Je
Beau International’s website is very easy for you to use and is packed with
convenient features to make your shopping experience a pleasurable one. To
use our shopping system follow the instructions below.
1.
Click
on the "Products" menu item from any page on our site.
2.
Browse
products by using the Categories shown in the right hand column under
"Category Index".
3.
When
you find a product that you wish purchase click on the "Add to Cart"
button.
The product will be added to your shopping cart. If you wish to order
more than one the product simply change the quantity in the Quantity
Box" as shown below.

If you
wish to continue shopping click the :Continue: button to return to the
product pages.
5.
Repeat
the above steps until you are done shopping.
6.
When
you are ready to "Check Out" and pay for your products click the "To
Checkout" button.
If you wish to
review your order click the "View Cart" menu item and review your
order. If you wish to adjust quantity on an item, update the quantity
in the Quantity Box provided
and click
the "Update Cart" button then
click the
button to
continue to complete your order.
7.
Enter
your Contact Information in the form provided or if you are a
returning customer enter your username and password. At the bottom of
the form under "Account Information" select "Create Account", if you
select "Don't Create Account" you will not be able to
use many features
of our website such as Order Tracking, Wish List and more.
8.
Press
"Continue" and your account will created instantly and you will be
logged into your account.
9.
On the
next screen select your "Payment Method" and enter any coupons or
promotional codes you may have received. Enter any "Order Comments" in
the box provided.
10.
Enter
your Payment Information and then press "Submit Transaction". If you
selected to pay by credit card your transaction will now be checked with
your bank for sufficient funds and you will be shown the result on
your screen almost instantly.
My Account Area:
The My
Account area provides you with many options such as changing your Billing
Information, Wish List, Account Password etc. With Je Beau you do not need
to be a customer to have an account. You can simply sign up for an account
anytime. Click Here!
Edit My Profile:
To edit your Account Profile - Log into to
your account. Under "Account Maintenance",
select "Edit Profile". Enter your new information and press "Continue".
Your information has been updated.
Changing Your Account
Password:
To change your account
password. Log into to your account. Under "Account Maintenance", select
"Change Password". Enter your new password and press "Continue". You will
need to use this new password the next time you log in.
Forgotten Passwords:
If you forgot your password:

and enter your email address. Your account username and password will be
sent to the email address on file.
My Wish List:
Using the Je
Beau Wish List is fun and easy. Simply follow the steps below.
1.
Login to your account
2.
Browse the product
pages as normal.
3.
To add any product
to your Wish List simply click on the Add to Wishlist" button.
Products that are in your wish
will be shown as:

Add as
many items to your Wish List as you want.
To
Manage your Wish List
Login to your account and
click "Manage Wishlist" under the "Account Area" section. To remove items
from your wish list, click the
"Delete
Button"
next to the item.
To send your wish list to a friend. Select all the
products you wish to send by selecting the checkbox next to each item.
and make sure the items you want to send are marked like this.
Press
and enter the your friends name and email. Your wishlist will be sent to
your friend's email address.
Order Status & Order History:
To view your order history or
to check on an existing order. Login to your account and select "Order
History" under the "Account Area" section. Your complete order history will
be shown. Find the order you want to check and select the "View" action
located near the order.
Your
order details will be shown for the order you selected. If you wish to add comments to your order or
ask question about your order to our staff, use the "Shipment Status/Comments" comment box at the
bottom of the "Order Details Page" - Any comments or responses from
the Je Beau Staff will also be
shown in this area. You will however, need to return to the site and login
to view any comments posted back by the Je Beau Staff.

At Je Beau we take your
privacy seriously and we go to great lengths to secure your data. Rest assured your personal and
financial information is completely secured. All transactions are performed
using a 128bit SSL Security Certificate from GeoTrust on a secured SSL port.
